Lolo Zouaï Hints at a Powerful New Album Coming in 2026
The new album for 2026 is starting to feel real as album submitted updates point to an expected release later this year. On Instagram, a carousel of images instantly pulled fans into the comments section, calling her a music sensation and sharing congratulations, excitement, and proud reactions. Many described the good news as emotional, even mentioning a tear, saying it’s clearly your year and ending with SEE U SOON.
Her latest release arrived in November with a new single, “3AM in San Francisco”, marking the first release of the year. The caption on the announcement post said it was time to hit em with the bilingual, and those bilingual lyrics flowed smoothly between English and French, just like her 2024 dropped tracks from the Please Hold EP, the EP that included jetlag, UNHHH, mute, and clear Potential.
Back in June 2024, she wrote a song for the K-pop group NewJeans during their Japanese debut, Right Now, even tagging @newjeans_official. As a fan, I felt how honored she was, and you can hear the global blend of R&B, club-pop, and hip-hop that keeps her international fan base deeply connected.
As a French Algerian singer and songwriter, her dynamic stage presence and genre-blending music stand out as true career highlights. From personal listening experience, her sound always feels lived-in, never forced, which is rare and earned.
Her debut album, High Highs to Low Lows (2019), delivered 12 tracks that set the tone, followed by the follow-up PLAYGIRL with 13 tracks in October 2022. Seeing her on a billboard in New York Times Square, captured in a video of her posing, felt like pure manifestation meeting years of hard work.
Living between Brooklyn and Los Angeles, she carried that momentum into a 30-stop tour in 2023 across the US, France, Canada, Germany, Belgium, and Netherlands, keeping fans close and engaged as the road clearly leads toward the new album era.
