The launch of this 73-piece cosmetics collection was a global event, with the pre-launch on August 25 creating waves among makeup artists and style insiders. The collaboration with the legendary Pat McGrath — often called “Mother” in the beauty world — added a layer of artistry that fans across the globe instantly recognized.

This exquisite collection includes 55 shades of lipstick, 10 hues of balm, and eight eyeshadow palettes — each crafted to mirror the richness of Louis Vuitton’s leather goods and accessories. From Speedy to Capucines Bag inspirations, every detail feels deeply tied to the brand’s timeless elegance.

The LV Rouge lipsticks come in highly pigmented finishes — matte, satin, and natural — infused with a luxurious wax formula. Some contain upcycled rose, jasmine, and mimosa flowers, while others are enriched with hyaluronic acid for deep moisture. I personally loved the sheerer, luminous lip LV Baume with shea butter, giving a hydration, shimmer, and plumping effect that leaves lips feeling radiant and glowy.

The LV Ombres eyeshadow palettes, like Harmonie 896, showcase brownish-red, tan, and caramel hues inspired by the Monogram Rouge and Monogram Touch designs. Pat McGrath Labs pushed creativity further with multi-dimensional eye effects, featuring foil, holographic, and ultra-matte finishes. The glitter, shimmer particles, and translucent gel textures beautifully reflect light, creating a mirror-like shine worthy of the runway.
